Wedding Expo Contest Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Wedding Expo Contest (hereafter referred to as "the Contest") is open to attendees of the Wedding Expo only. Entrant names will be cross-referenced with Expo Registrant List to confirm eligibility. Entrants must possess legal capacity to participate in the Contest. Employees of the organizing entity, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the Contest are ineligible to enter. Contest is open to new clients only.
Entry Requirements: To enter the Contest, participants must submit their information via the entry form, including names, contact phone, email address, event date, event location, etc. Entries must be submitted in the specified format and within the designated timeframe of the Expo in which the Contest is being offered.
Number of Entries: Participants may submit only one entry per person/event party. In the event that multiple entries are submitted by the same participant, only the first entry received will be considered.
Prizes: The prize for the Contest will be a $500.00 (five hundred dollar) voucher to be used towards a Styling and Decor or a Day of Coordination Package. Minimum $2500.00 (two-thousand five hundred dollar) spend required BEFORE application of voucher. Voucher can not be used towards DIY Hire. Event date must be on/before 30/09/2025. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms and conditions, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, the winner(s) agree to participate in publicity and promotional activities related to the Contest, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and links to social media accounts, without additional compensation.
Liability: The organizing entity and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Disqualification: The organizing entity reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, submitting false information, or engaging in conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the Contest.
Modification and Termination: The organizing entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, the organizing entity may, at its discretion, select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
Governing Law: The Contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are encouraged to review these terms and conditions carefully before entering the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
